What is SUDACOAT
Sudacoat is a wide range of seed coating polymers to enhance the shelf life and quality of seeds. Sudacoat is designed after years of research on numerous polymers to identify the best suited to give maximum protection and aesthetic value to the seed with most eco-friendly and soil friendly polymer.
Why to use Sudacoat
Seed is the base of every crop and yield depends almost entirely on the seed quality. Although there are many factors e.g. weather, nutrients, soil quality, pest prevention etc. Which have an effect on crop yield but most vital is the seed quality.
There is a long interval between seed harvesting and seed use. The seed is exposed to elements of nature in this interval which can cause substantial damage to its germination and strength.

How much Sudacoat to use (Dose)
Sudacoat is a highly concentrated formulation so a very nominal quantity is required. Dose of Sudacoat can be varied from 3-8 gm of Sudacoat per kg of seed to be treated.
The dose depends on the tape of seed and the depth of shade required.
How to use Sudacoat
- Sudacoat should be mixed with two to four times water to ensure even distribution of polymer.
- Sudacoat can be applied in a normal seed dressing drum.
- However it works well in high technology equipments like continuous drum coater or pan coater equipped with drying system.
